Position Description:
• Analyze and reporting of RF performance related issues. • Responsible to resolve day-to-day issues and provide performance reporting, analysis and recommendations at executive level. • Lead investigations of RF performance related issues. • Undertake network performance improvement (KPIs) and optimization tasks • Undertake BSS/RNC/Node B parameter modifications
Required Competencies and Skills:
• A minimum of 5 year work experience in RF Planning & Optimization for UMTS/GSM/EDGE. • A minimum of 4 years good work experience on UMTS/GSM Optimization • Excellent knowledge of 2G/3G KPI, practice in creating and analysis of statistical KPI reporting • Strong problem solving and analytic skills • Strong 3G/2G RF performance knowledge • Capable of working independently and leading performance related investigations. • Strong MS Excel skills (esp. Pivot tables, macros, etc) • MS Access skills and knowledge a plus • Working knowledge of NSN RAN Product • Knowledge and practice of planning and optimization processes • Knowledge and practice of RF Planning tool and DT measurement tools
