Description: DiGi Telecommunication Malaysia is looking for IMS Program Manager.
Responsibilities :

The IMS program manager is accountable for successful delivery of assigned program (of multiple projects/streams) to implement:

-ISMS / ISO 27001 / Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) compliance

-Personal Data Protection Act
-
-Security Infrastructure Deployment
-
-Information Management
-
To setup and manage overall program/project organization on macro-view including (but not limited to) overall program/project planning, execution and control of all streams as per agreed scope, quality, timeline and budget.

To lead the development of business case and ensure continuously alignment among stakeholders in delivering program/project mandate.

To ensure right-level of involvement from top management (both DiGi and vendors) in critical decision-making and strategizing to move program/project forward.

To work with relevant regulatory, standards or audit authorities to ensure required audits/reviews take place and action points are addressed.
-
To ensure interdependencies between projects are address proactively and related risks are mitigated.
-
Lead and pro-actively manage all deviations, risks and inter-dependencies that impacts overall project and business.

To ensure organization readiness and sustainability of these deliveries in meeting program/project objectives including (but not limited to) process re-engineering, change management, customer service, communication, support and maintenance.

To ensure effective and strong program/project governance is imposed and stakeholders are kept abreast with project updates (project progress , status, critical risks, dependencies, issues and mitigation plans) at agreed frequency and when required.

To manage prime vendor and other 3rd party vendors in ensuring timely and quality deliveries; including (but not limited to) contractual obligations, commercial negotiations, program/project resourcing, prioritization and top management escalations.

To ensure proper program/project Close-out including (but not limited to) lessons learnt, evaluations and conducting face-to-face review with project managers on performance (in the project).

-To continuously lead operational efficiency and excellence in the governance value-chain by proactively introducing and sharing program and project management best practices and process enhancements with Performance & Portfolio Management (PPM). To coach and transfer skills to project leads/key team members.
Requirements :
-
Minimal 15 years working experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified above. Have managed and successfully delivered a high complex or program before, preferably in the telecommunication space.

Has good understanding of ISO standards implementation and IT industry security standards and governance.

Degree in Computer Science, Information System or Engineering (telecommunications, electronics etc).

Certification in project management.
-
Ability to work with all levels of management, including executive level, and cross functional teams.

Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
