Job description:
-
Monitors and reports required performance of the LTE network
-
Find NEs with performance problems and reacts on LTE NW performance degradation
-
Investigates and follows up LTE performance related issues
-
carry out activities according to the Performance Management (PM) and Fault Management (FM) processes
-
Generate & Interpret daily/weekly LTE performance reports
-
Ensure correctness of the data to be collected
-
Ensure correctness of the formulas used in reporting
-
Ensure correctness of the reports
-
Ensure that exclusions defined in the MS contract are implemented into reporting
-
KPI management
-
Identify the planned activities as the root cause for performance changes
-
Identify the effect of parameters on LTE Network Performance
-
Support network operations
-
Report problems in the Trouble Ticketing System
-
Support Configuration Team and Network Roll-Out
-
Create and analyze reports for 2G & 3G RAN
-
Escalation to Fault Management process
Qualification:
Experience & Background
-
Typically 5 years directly related experience
-
Strong Analytical capabilities, Ability to apply knowledge and ability to deliver quality and results
-
Strong understanding of 3G/2G/LTE
-
Strong understanding of LTE/HSPA concepts
-
Manage 2G/3G/LTE optimization within the Regional Optimization Team with supporting performance analysis
-
A comprehensive knowledge of hardware and software features and constraints for 2G/3G/LTE
-
Good knowledge in English
