Umts Design & Optimization Engineer

We are currently looking for a UMTS Design & Optimization Engineer with the following background:

• 
  5+ years of Experience in high level Ericsson UMTS and GSM Optimization. 


• 
  LTE Optimization will be a plus.


• 
  Perform RF network planning and optimization activities.


• 
  Responsible to resolve day-to-day issues and support regions to deliver KPI of every GSM/UMTS and LTE clusters


• 
  Strong experience with design and propagation tools.


• 
  Experience within the wireless industry troubleshooting, optimizing, and designing wireless communication sites.


• 
  Good computer skills, able to work flexible hours.


• 
  Self- motivated and ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills.


• 
  Strong communication skills required/Written and verbal.


• 
  Reliability and strong organizational skills are a must.


• 
  Ability to prioritize multiple task to completion.


• 
  Ability to work independently and complete tasks successfully.


• 
  Flexibility in ever changing environments and priorities.


• 
  Exhibiting initiative in achieving company goals and objectives.


• 
  Must meet minimum technical proficiency requirements.


• 
  Candidates must  have a Green card or H1B Visa. 

Education:

• 
  Minimum Required. Bachelors or Master’s Degree. Engineering, Engineering Technology or equivalent technical.
