The Role


 




- Responsible on daily back office activities in IN

- IN Performance monitoring

- Perform daily health check

- Resolve trouble ticket

- Support fault Management

- Implement change request

- Create service request











Requirements


Must be familiared with: ChargingMax or eServ IN or Oracle IN or OCNCC - NCC

Platform Based : Sun Solaris, Oracle IN, eserve UIP, Cisco Switches, Load Balancer, EMC Storage and Backup

Protocols & Specifications : SS7, Sigtran, TCP,IP,Diameter, Camel , SIP, SMTP, SNMP, OSC

"Server : Knowledge of SUN Solaris and work on SUN T5220 SPARC servers,

Knowledge of IBM AIX and work on IBM p650, p630, p550 and p570 Servers"

Database : ORACLE , SQL, Informix
