Umts/gsm Optimization Engineer

We are currently looking for a UMTS/LTE DesignEngineer with the following background:

• 
  3-5 years GSM/CDMA RF Experience.


• 
  2+ years UMTS design/optimization experience.


• 
  Must have strong experience in designing UMTS networks.


• 
  Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of GSM/CDMA/UMTS Networks from RF optimization perspective.


• 
  Drive test, post processing, fine tuning of network (Neighbor list modification, BTS parameter changes, etc.)


• 
  Optimization tools such as TEMS, Actix, Agilent/Planning tools Asset 3G, Planet EV, etc.


• 
  Physical Optimization (changing antenna height and type, azimuth, mechanical or electrical tilt)


• 
  Maintain Network KPIs.


• 
  Good computer skills, able to work flexible hours.


• 
  Self- motivated and ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills.


• 
  Strong communication skills required/Written and verbal .


• 
  Reliability and strong organizational skills are a must.


• 
  Ability to prioritize multiple task to completion.


• 
  Ability to work independently and complete tasks successfully.


• 
  Exhibiting initiative in achieving company goals and objectives.


• 
  Candidates must have a Green Card or H1B Visa.

Education:

• 
  Minimum Required. Bachelors or Master’s Degree Engineering, Engineering Technology or equivalent technical.
