Currently searching for MME O&M Consultants with the fallowing skills:
EPC (MME, SGw, PGw, HSS)
Operational Support during periods which will be agreed by both parties after PAC. This activity consists on performing all activities required to support the Regular Operation Process of the Network
The following activities will be covered:

Network surveillance engineers (Front Office) for acknowledge of alarms and resolution of basic problems

Documentation of alarms and procedures
-
Back up routines
-
Back office engineers
-
Configuration and Change management
-
Network data gathering and analysis
-
Reporting
-
Knowledge transfer through “hands-on” sessions for TELCEL O&M staff

Bachelor degree in Telecommunications/Computer science with experience in Telecommunications
-
Experience in Operation and Maintenance for GSM, UMTS, HSPA LTE Networks.

Familiar with LTE network, call flow, problem tracing etc

Technical background with various telecom networks including but not limited to GSM/LTE/DWDM/SDH/NGN/IN/Data Networks etc

Hands on experience on LTE network elements including MME, SGW etc.

Know operational procedures fully

Know the network KPIs for LTE network
-
Know operational reports and make analysis
-
Know incident management
-
Experience to manage and run entire Telecom network
-
Excellent bilingual languages skills, English and Spanish.
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Period: 6 months extendable
