Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:

·         Provide 24/7 coverage for MSO.

·         All TT resolution according to defined customer KPI

·         3rd Party Supervision for maintenance and equipment installation.

·         Event Reporting,

·         Inventory Management,

·         Special project support,

·         New equipments ATP, integration and service validation.

·         New services installation and service validation,

·         Preventive and corrective maintenance for 3G Huawei Network
