Job Title: SQM (Service Quality Management) Engineer (CS Core)

Reporting to: Managed Service Delivery Manager                                                           

Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

• 
  Responsible for demarcation of Service Quality issue of mobile network


• 
  Having the ability to analyze network issues by signaling message or KPI.


• 
  Responsible for demarcation between Core network and Wireless network .


• 
  Responsible for communication Service Quality issue with customer.


• 
  Identify service issues due to provisioning or mobile equipment.


• 
  Provide training to service partners.

Professional Related Working Experience

• 
  At least 8 years network operation (at least tier 2) experience in Telecomm Operator, i.e. Ericsson, NSN, HUAWEI, etc


• 
  Master the 3GPP (R4/R5/R6) including, SS7 and SIP signaling (H248,SIP,ISUP, GSM MAP, SIGTRAN, CAMEL, etc);


• 
  Understand the network structure of CS , i.e. GSM,WCDMA, UMTS


• 
  Very good knowledge of GSM, WCDMA, UMTS


• 
  Abundant experience on following product  HLR,IN,SMSC,MSC ,MGW, STP, etc. BSC/RNC experience would be an advantage.


• 
  Strong troubleshooting competence and Maintenance skills for Core network .


• 
  Good experience in handling core network optimization.

Qualification Requirements:

• 
  Education:  4 year university degree in Telecom or Computer Science


• 
  Language Skills: English, Arabic(Optional)


• 
  Good working attitude, good cooperation attitude, good analytical skills and can working   under huge pressure
