Performance Monitoring Engineer

Candidate must have got experience of working on Ericsson tools and equipments.

Main Activities:

The following main activities are part of this role.

• 
  Work in shifts to monitor the Network Performance.


• 
  Perform trend analysis on KPI statistics.


• 
  Escalate performance issues to Front Office and Management.


• 
  Provide update on performance status to FO and Management.


• 
  Develop performance reports in Excel and/or Business Objects as required.
