Job description:

Lead for a single customer project delivery that has ND involvement. Ensure scope and costs are clearly managed and that change requests/scope creep/upsell opportunities are clearly highlighted.

Ensure relevant metrics and KPIs are in place to ensure transparent visibility of all aspects of delivery performance when receiving from the Delivery Assurance Leads.

Take end to end ownership of projects from a Delivery Management perspective to ensure the project is delivered to agreed scope and quality criteria using best in class methodology and processes.

Measure and monitor delivery in conjunction with Business Governance, taking necessary corrective action in conjunction with the Delivery Assurance Leads.

Work closely with peers across the organisation to manage requirements, resources and total delivery costs against the commitment.

Act as key interface to ND/PMO organisation for project delivery & reporting requirements.
Requirements:

A functional and technical lead with a broad understanding of mobile networks who has ideally had experience in a specific discipline within a Managed Services environment.

Strong experience and track record in delivery management and associated methodologies.

Experienced in costing activities and supporting the definition of business cases

Thorough understanding of Ericsson policy, organisational set up, procedures and systems across departments and the wider business interfaces.

Ability to efficiently organise resources from disparate areas in a matrix managed delivery environment as well as take on technical and functional lead responsibility for Delivery Assurance resources
