Job description:

• 
  As Falcon Trainer, you will deliver advanced training courses related to Falcon Solution (End to End Business Solution). This is covering daily end users working scenarios, business rules and solution interface utilisation.


• 
  Develop all BSS related training modules for direct and indirect sales end users. Explain the daily activity of each user, run the training scenarios, explain the business rules.


• 
  Support participants to run the online scenarios and then to pass the online assessments.


• 
  Support the learning operation teams in the training delivery and execution to assure best in class delivery quality.


• 
  Provide all collected feedback to update the FAQ document.


• 
  Support the development of the training materials and help continuously enhance the course materials.

Education & Experience:

• 
  University degree or equivalent knowledge acquired through job experience.


• 
  Have 3 years’ experience, in training or equivalent role with learning, competence development, mentoring or coaching in technical or business domain.


• 
  Excellent Communication skill including presentations, interpersonal and influencing skills.


• 
  Excellent facilitation skills and customer oriented capability.


• 
  Good Project management skills, able to plan and schedule customer events.


• 
  Capability to manipulate PCs, install software and verify that hard machines are well connected to the training labs through Internet or VPN connection.


• 
  Excellent English / Arabic skills.
