Job description:

• 
  2ndlevel service assurance and Service fulfillment.


• 
  Provides technical support for the O&M Team.


• 
  Monitor TCU/SIU, And IP RAN alarms.


• 
  Investigate and troubleshoot the problems from the�OSS on the TCU.


• 
  Investigate and troubleshoot all radio alarms BSC/RNC/Sites related to IPRAN.


• 
  Define and monitor IP Radio KPIs.


• 
  Send regular reports about IPRAN transmission KPIs.
