3G Senior Optimization Engineer

Job Description            

1. 5+ years UMTS KPI optimization experience.  Huawei product related is preferred.            

2. Mastar the knowledge of UMTS theory, and signalling procedure.            

3. Know well the definition and formula of major KPI counters.            

4. Have strong ablity to monitor KPI status and trouble shooting for any degradation.            

5. Be very good at Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
