Enterprise Director of Busienss Development

GENERAL SUMMARY:

 

Create new business and customers, promote and sell Huawei enterprise solutions. Organize the development of business platform covering customer platform, sales platform, technical service platform, and project support platform by developing customer relationship, integrating various resources, exploring market opportunities, and participating in technology exchanges etc, to ensure the business platform can meet the requirements and support the achievements of business targets. Build and reinforce Huawei in the enterprise market by developing appropriate solution which works for the customers, staying close to the customer after the sale; and to retain customer loyalty.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Understand and collect market and customer requirements, collaborate internally with business unit to develop domain and vertical market solutions, externally, identify solution partners and build solution echo system. Identify strategic system integration partners, establish strong relationship with local VARs, and evangelize our products, solution and value to the partners. Establish the process and practice to arm the sales force (AM and SE) with access to the insight, experts, and information that will ultimately increase sales revenue. Follow the market, industry and technology trends; provide feedback to R&D on future product roadmaps. Transfer the roadmap knowledge back to the sales force to better position product and solution. Actively engage with strategic customers, assist account team to develop sales play and engagement strategy, help to better position our product and solution. Proactively conduct strategic account reviews with all assigned customers on a regular basis to review service needs and technology trends. Understand the customer and market requirements here in the US, aggregate the knowledge and information, perform requirement gap analysis against our products, and provide feedback to R&D. Proactively address client concerns and provide resolutions in a timely manner· Retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within an organization Manage overall Sears account, maintain and improve long term strategic relationship, and identify new opportunity within Sears. Collaborate with Sears IT architect team, lead technical discussion and engagement.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:  (Refers to the job, not the incumbent)

 

Education and/or Certifications/Licenses:

Minimum:  BA/BS

Preferred:   MBA

 

Relevant Work Experience:

Must have minimum of 5 years of enterprise sales experience in the US marketplace with proven ability in new business and new customer acquisition Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and thrive in a high energy, competitive environment. Successful candidate with good networks and relationships to the senior/executive level of key account customer in US is an advantage. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a track record of establishing new markets and customers in a highly competitive market A proven communicator with a solid technical background, the candidate will be able to proactively convincingly present Huawei enterprise solutions and leading Huawei to win the opportunities. Ability to work well with teams or independently, to work effectively in the multi-cultural environment

 

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to lift/carry materials, move about the office, turn on and operate a computer in the applicable environment, communicate efficiently and effectively on the telephone or in person, and complete required paperwork.  Travel may be required as directed by management based on business needs.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS (relates to physical environment):

Standard indoor office environment.
