Position: Back Office Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia
1.In charge of management control of Core/TX/VAS/Access etc within contractual scope in timely and effective manner.
2.In Charge of arranging and applying resources in the project
3.Responsible for quality of Managed Service Operations
4.In charge of regular follow-up with customer & team in order to achieve service delivery targets.
5.Responsible for reporting to customer & Huawei.
6.Organize the preventive maintenance work before the beginning of each month.
7.Send the preventive maintenance reports to the team & customer.
8.Issue the individual resource, vehicles resource and spare parts resource to ensure the trouble can be fixed at the first time.
9.Participate in the MS management issue meetings and related follow-up.
10.Deliver the task to the team.
11.Answer the request between Huawei and customer office.
12.Verify/approve/Coordinate all change-request to the system configuration detail and coordinate network change.
13.Monitor and evaluate network documentation.
14.Escalation of Problems to relevant parties.
15.Tracking of Progress & report.
