The MW Engineering Support Engineer should carry out the following works, but are not limited to the following:

• 
  MW  planning
  
  
  
  • 
    Advise on nominal planning according to project requirement
  
  
  • 
    Advise on network configuration analysis
  
  
  • 
    Demonstrated technical ability with complete understanding of MW networkdesign, networkplanning, site planning, serviceplanning, and protection planning.
  
  
  
  


• 
  MW network commission
  
  
  
  • 
    Installation of the ODU&&IDU
  
  
  • 
    MW link commission and performance management.
  
  
  • 
    Configure the network for the equipment replacement and service cutover
  
  
  • 
    Prepare weekly and daily operation report
  
  
  • 
    Review the daily system alarms and assist engineering team to solve the problems
  
  
  • 
    Network parameters consistent check on weekly and monthly basis according to project requirement
  
  
  • 
    Carry out the new service configuration according to the customer’s requirement.
  
  
  
  

• 
  Customer complaint handling:
  
  
  
  • 
    Perform the necessary analysis to solve MW problems such as service BIT error and service interruption
  
  
  • 
    Prepare the  presentation to Huawei’s customer about the network performance
  
  
  
  

• 
  Trouble shooting assistance
  
  
  
  • 
    Assist the trouble shooting according to project requirement
  
  
  
  

1.Qualification

• 
  More than 3 years experience in MW network field


• 
  Basic knowledge about the SDH equipments and MSTP configuration


• 
  Basic knowledge of Layer2 and Layer3 IP network for such as  VLAN, QinQ, L2&&L3 forwarding and so on


• 
  Provide technical creativity in solving problems


• 
  Excellent knowledge of MW  equipments parameters and service analysis


• 
  Sounds management skills


• 
  Skilled using U2000 and other commissioning tools for Huawei MW and SDH equipments.


• 
   Demonstrated ability to implement process and quality control.


• 
  Good English and Portuguese communication skill in both  written and oral
