·Drive operational excellence and continuous performance improvement through BPM projects
·Identify, prioritize and deliver BPM projects using lean six sigma methodology
·Coach business units in identifying, prioritizing and delivering their BPM projects throughout the whole project lifecycle
·For all BPM projects, define, deliver and track tangible business benefits
·Develop and deliver BPM capability building program – define competency level, training program, certification requirements, etc.
·Design and execute BPM communication plan - draft the monthly BPM newsletters for communication, design and launch BPM events, etc.
·Influence colleagues at all levels to buy in the value of BPM through mindset change and behavior shift
·Promote BPM culture and transform everyone to become BPM ambassadors – continuous improvement, customer centricity, high performance, etc.
·Maintain BPM intranet for knowledge management and sharing
·Develop BPM transformation roadmap / maturity model
·Degree holder; MBA a plus
·Minimum 6 years of BPM project experience with management consulting firms, and / or large MNC (assumed the role of in-house consultant)
·Core competence in BPM; Lean / Six Sigma certification a plus
·Knowledge and experience in business processes and operation, IT systems, organization structure and performance management in service industry
·Competence of adaptability to change and the ability to create changes in mindsets and behavior
·Experience in developing and delivering BPM capability building programs
·With hands-on project management, stakeholder management and change management skills
·Good quantitative (data analytics, graphical representation) skills
·Strong leadership, influencing, coaching, facilitation, problem solving, decision making, presentation, communication, and people management skills to lead project teams in delivering BPM projects
·With excellent delivery / execution and risk management capabilities
·Strong “can do” attitude, able to challenge “status quo”
·Team player to work with different business units, people from different roles and responsibilities / at different level, external vendors and / or consultants
·Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Access
·Fluent in English and Chinese / Cantonese (both orally and in writing)
