Job description:

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years experience as OSS Systems Administration.
The job duties include:

Onsite OSS operation and maintenance support for customer, Support the Customer NOC organization and answer queries from the customer, Train the customer on the various tool in OSS, Monitor the OSS SW and hardware health on a daily basis and carry out all tasks listed in OSS system admin guide

Ensure all PM data is collected and loaded into ENIQ, Ensure alarms is received in OSS and sent north bound, Ensure OSS complex ( OSS, UAS, Cominf, ENIQ, etc) back ups are done and are successful, Work with Customer Network Systems organization to collect information from the system, Trouble shoot issues seen on OSS that are reported by Customer, Provide logs etc., on issues seen on the system.
Technical Experience & and Education Requirements:

BS or MS in EE, CS, or CE or acceptable equivalent of post secondary education and experience. Minimum 5+ years previous experience working in OSS installs and integration, Worked with OSS R10 release is a plus, Exposure to LTE and WCDMA networks, Has excellent troubleshooting skills in OSS applications, Strong knowledge in UNIX, VERITAS volume manager, VERITAS Net-backup, Citrix, Installed and configured an OSS HA system.
Strong knowledge of windows OS Core Competencies:

Strong problem solving skills and analytical ability. Ability to work under stressful situations, meet tight deadlines and deliver services with high quality, Ability to lead and motivate others and work in a team environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills required for delivering and communicating technical data in customer meetings.
Qualified candidates must currently be eligible to work in the United States – Sponsorship for TN or E2/E3 Visa will be considered.
