2G/RNO/CLUSTER/ALU/OPTIMIZATION/KPI

CONTRACT - 3 MONTHS + EXTNS - MARKET RATES

We are currently looking for 2G RNO Consultant to work on an exciting project.

You will have the following skills and expertise.

• 
  Cluster level optimization to achieve KPI targets as per SLA.


• 
  Daily KPI monitoring to identify and escalate operational issues badly degrading KPIs.


• 
  Feedback on daily WCL with recommendations.


• 
  Regular soft optimization trials to enhance KPIs.


• 
  Regular parameter and neighbor discrepancy audits.


• 
  Keeping strong follow up of KPI trending and ability to correlate improvement/degradation to different aspects e.g. operational issues, changing traffic profiles, trials and audits.


• 
  Assisting Field drive test teams in validating the site configurations & performance in the field during the site and cluster drive processes.


• 
  ALU Optimization experience is mandatory.
