Huawei Enterprise USA, subsidiary company of Huawei Technologies, one of forturn top 500 companies. Huawei Enterprise USA provides the enterprise solutions covering IP, UC&C and servers;
Huawei enterprise IT management and service department provides IT supports to the employees working in Huawei Enteprise USA. We provide the services including IT infrastruction construction and support, application design and service support for business process, and helpdesk support for general laptop/desktop issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
IT Support Engineer:
Provide IT support to Huawei staff including application installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and debug peripheral implementations. Provide employee onboarding and offboarding support which includes accounts workflow handling, setup of client systems, and providing user services information (Q&A) Support end-point network connectivity installation and troubleshooting, both on internet and intranet. Provide support to conference room technologies such as projectors, PolyComs, Telepresence/HD, and network cabling Network copy/scanner/printer machine maintenance. Windows XP/Windows7 support; Microsoft outlook trouble shooting and support; Laptop trouble shooting and support. Provide technical evaluations and implementation of client services
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: (Refers to the job, not the incumbent)
Education and/or Certifications/Licenses:
Preferred: Computer network certificates by the main network solution provider.
Relevant Work Experience:
Minimum: 3+ years’ experience on network deployment and maintenance;
1+ year’s experiece on the helpdesk support;
Effective communication skills
Demonstrate task ownership and accountability
Understanding of network protocols and network interconnect devices and functionalities
Self motivated and highly adaptive to changes in needs and priorities
Preferred: Experience on Huawei network products configuration and support.
Proficient in Mandarin Chinese
Experience on network planning and construction.
Must be able to lift/carry materials up to 40 pounds, move about the office, turn on and operate a computer in the applicable environment, communicate efficiently and effectively on the telephone or in person, and complete required paperwork

Standard indoor office environment.
