- Scanning, analyzing, and developing innovative partnership opportunities to strengthen NSN businesses and delight NSN customers - Identifying, synthesizing and cultivating new business opportunities with partners that can generate profitable growth for NSN - Driving and achieving aggressive market targets with external partners - Create and cultivate strong strategic partnerships to support key NSN initiatives - Work closely with Mobile Broadband business lines, Global Services, customer teams, Global procurement, and Technology and Strategy teams to collect requirements, create and negotiate partnership options - Strong business development background, with extensive working experience with established companies, as well as with high-growth innovative companies - Powerful network of connection with established industry players - Solid understanding of technology architecture and technology drivers affecting the telecom infrastructure today and how it might be reshaped in the future - Extensive business experience in telecom industry and deep understanding of network equipment market - Strong access to new innovative companies - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Be able to work in ambiguous and uncertain market and business conditions - High degree of tenacity to work in a large international organization and producing results in short amount of time - Several years of experience working effectively with senior management and global teams - Strong ties with current NSN stakeholders is a plus Ability to assess and structure complex and ambiguous business opportunities Strong problem analysis and resolution capability Extremely Results-driven, creative, resourceful, and team player Passionate about creating innovative business opportunities with innovative partners to drive profitable business growth for NSN Bachelors degree is required. Masters degree is a plus. |
