Responsible to support and manage IT Network Services for ZAIN corporate offices & retail outlets, and provide technical expertise associated with Design, Implementation, Operations and Improvements in IT Network infrastructure.
- Lead the technical teams of IT Network for day to day operations and ensuring best technology and operation practices.
- Ensure network services availability and performance as per the KPIs
- Plan and execute health checks, performance tuning and capacity Management for Network.
- Develop and implement policies related to Enterprise Network Services.
- Support the roll out requirements for corporate offices, call centers and retail outlets
- Plan, manage and ensure timely completion of Network Related Projects with help of vendors.
- Work closely with management to define technology roadmap for IT Enterprise network.
- Coordinate with Vendors/Contractors for support agreements and new implementations.
- Manage the SLA for technical teams for incident, problem and change management.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a related field.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or any related field.
- Experience in CISCO high-end devices, 7600, 6500, 4900, 3750, Etc.
- Wireless access controllers, CISCO ACS, FWSM, ASA, ACE, CSS, Etc.
- Extensive experience of protocols (BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, HSRP, GLPP, Netflow, VTP, STP, TACACS, IPsec,
- Experience in CISCO Call Manager & Voice Gateways
- Experience in CISCO Works, NSM Solarwinds, Etc.
- Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Project Management Skills
- Understanding Of ITIL Standards & Practices
