Job description:

• 
  5+ years UMTS KPI optimization experience. 


• 
  Master the knowledge of UMTS theory, and signalling procedure.


• 
  Know well the definition and formula of major KPI counters.


• 
  Have strong ability to monitor KPI status and trouble shooting for any degradation.


• 
  Be very good at Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Activities included

• 
  Maintain Nastar database


• 
  Update cell group based on new sites on-air schedule


• 
  Manage KPI counters and fomulars


• 
  Monitor and report KPIs


• 
  Identify worst cells and congestion cells


• 
  Solve worst cells


• 
  Solve cell congestion


• 
  Identify problematic KPI


• 
  Suggest optimization methods


• 
  Solve the KPI degradation


• 
  Arrange drive test


• 
  Analyze drive test log file and give optimization actions


• 
  Benchmark the optimization actions


• 
  prepare RF optimization report


• 
  Arrange drive test
