Job description:
Alarm, Fault, Backup Management
-
Root cause analysis on detection of issue with SLA period.
-
Analysis of alarms trends and quality to improve the maintenance practice.
-
Tracking fault history. Updating and Maintenance a fault report for future reference.
Operation Management
-
Handle and analyze Customer Service Requests and recommend timely actions and solutions to Customer.
-
Prepare and perform the network configuration, implement network changes to solve the network issue or optimize the network.
Reports Management
-
Analysis of Cause, effect and correlation of KPI’s to Alarm & faults to limit the problem sources.
-
Imitative system checking, even there is no alarm. Output the report according to customized template.
-
Reports specific to certain critical network entities that need special attention on a daily basis.

Preparation & Submission of Hardware Fault Report on a weekly basis.
-
Preparation & Submission of Fault Ticketing Report on a daily basis.
-
Outage reports for all systems per incident & one full summary report per month with preventive action to avoid similar outage.
Network Maintenance SOP Implement & System health check

Follow standard operation procedure, output the report quarterly.
-
Output the report of system health check quarterly.
Emergency Issue Management
-
7*24 on call should be available for network issue.

Onsite support for critical issue when require.
Professional Related Working Experience
-
Bachelor's or Masters degree of Telcom, Computer or Electronic Engineering.

At least 3 years related work experience in telecomunication or operator network operation and maintenance.

At least 3 years experience in minicom (Sun/IBM/HP/etc.)
Qualification Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree of Telcom, Computer or Electronic Engineering.

Language Skills: Chinese and English.
NGN&OSS:
-
Chinese and English as working language.

Minimum 3 years of experience in minicom (Sun/IBM/HP/etc.)

Familiar with Sybase or Oracle.
-
Good Experience to NGN network is prefered.

Bachelor's or Masters degree of Telcom, Computer or Electronic Engineering.

Experience with operator O&M dept or other MS organizations is a plus.
