Hi,
I am looking for a SRAN Engineer:
The suitable candidate should;
1- Have experience on NSN’s RNC Software releases RU10 and RU20 (preferably RU30) and all their related features.
2- Hands on NSN’s counter families and parameter objects (WCEL, WBTS, ADJS, ADJG, HOPG…etc.) with good knowledge of reporting the network’s performance through Access and Excel DBs.
3- Recommend HW configuration changes and commissioning of NSN’s Flexi Rel.1 and Rel.2 HW equipment and ability to troubleshoot and follow-up on Second level support cases.
4- Have experience on all Netact platform’s tools; Reporting suite, Optimizer, Report builder, Working set manager and Application Launcher and able to train the team to use them.
5- Have very good troubleshooting skills of network’s Data bottlenecks on an E2E basis in a way to optimize the throughput and reach the best performance for Smartphone mobiles.
6- Have the ability to detect non-Radio issues affecting the network’s performance (transmission, Core, IP,..etc.)
7- Able to support the 3G/HSPA functionality enquiries and optimization issues escalated by the customer.
8- Able to troubleshoot and resolve VIP Customer’s complains in the shortest possible time.
9- Technical leadership skills are highly required for this role.
10- Interface directly with vendor (NSN) for performance reporting, escalations and technical meetings
