Plans and executes technical tasks according to given tasks, along with existing processes and instructions. Works with the responsibility of responding to customer problems directly or through internal customer interface. Solves technical problems.
To ensure operational efficiency by developing working practices, processes and methods
Ensure to make Core configuration changes within SLA by proper in Coordination with all related functions
To handle primary escalations happening due to core configuration
Planning & scheduling the core node SW upgrades in line with circle Operation team
Good in understanding the new concepts in core and develop skills
Good operational experience in the core configuration especially on Nokia core equipments and
Good Operational experience in the Monolithic and Release 4 network (MGW, MSC server)
Able to plan and execute the tasks based on the priority
To ensure error free implementation of CR in Core Networks
To create New Site Creation 2G & 3G and Site Migration
To make RF Parameter Changes
Frequency plan implementation
To perform BSC rehoming, Gb over IP, PCU pooling
To make BSS Parameter Changes.
To perform BSC release upgrade, CD upgrade & BTS SW upgrades.
To perform license activation & PR file activation.
Develop competence of team members through on job training
Diagnosing & solving complex faults beyond processes & procedures during CR implementation
Coordination with Core FM/ CARE / GNSC TSG organizations for restoring
Outage occurred out of configuration activities
Preparing Data Transcript for Traffic routes, Augmenting streams, Signaling Links, Analysis Table
changes (B- Number, GT, Routes and Routing cases)
Good Knowledge of MNP (Mobile Number Portability) Implementation
Knowledge about analyzing Network performance (MTP routes & ISUP Routes) and traffic
Performing New Level Creation, Roaming Testing and POI Creation activities
Ability to implement innovative ideas
Handling Critical tasks like BSC Migration, Software up gradation
BE/ BTech/Dip ECE & EEE
Telecom background & relevant previous experience
Sound technical competence respect to stream
