Executes basic technical tasks according to defined procedures. Actively develops competences.
First level analysis of IN issues by taking necessary traces and escalating the same to the vendor.
To followup on the raised Service Requests with vendor for closure
Should do IN spares management.
Should have a sound knowledge on IN call flows.
Should be  good in Oracle/SQL and Unix  shell scripting
