Contact Centre Director urgently required for a prestigious client based in Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding semi-Governmental organisation. There will be an opportunity to progress to Chief of Contact Centre with full P+L responsibility. The ideal Candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Minimum 10 Years of Contact Centre Experience.
8 years experience at Senior Management level.
Fluent in Arabic and English
Experience at Director Level in a Commercial Contact Centre
Experience at Director Level in Business Development, Sales, Strategic Business Operations
Opportunity of career progression to Chief of Contact Centre complete responsibility for the business operation and P&L
Previous Operation Manager Experience including overseeing HR, Business Development, Sales and Governance
Educated to degree level
