IT Engineer

1 Provide network monitoring and assist Network Engineering in fault isolation and resolution. Provide enterprise-wide monitoring and support for data systems including comprehensive Tier 2 support for Qualcomm services to include troubleshooting, and reporting of services. Responsible for using consolidated Event Management system to provide notifications/escalations to service groups during service degradations and outages. Operate, Monitor, Maintain and support Data Center infrastructure equipment. Have familiarity with ISO 20k standards. Configure, Monitor, Troubleshoot, Restore service degradation/outages in a large corperate network enviroment.

Canidate must be able to pass PCI compliant background check. Strong Techinical proficiency in Data products, Services, and application. Proficient in UNIX and/or Linux operating systems or simular command line enviroments. One to Five years Experience in data networking and or experience working with IT Operations enviroment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge/work experience required. May be satisfied by CCNA/CCNP certification and equivalent work experience.
