IT Engineer, Senior (Exchange/Lync)

1 Primary responsibilities include system administration of Exchange and Lync. Individual will act as a liaison between the Exchange admins and Tier 2/3 folks in support of the transition. Troubleshooting will include not only backend Exchange/Lync but also email clients such as Outlook, Thunderbird, and Eudora and mobile device clients. Candidate should have the ability to communicate effectively and interface regularly with lower tier support groups. Candidates are required to have strong communication skills, good organizational skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. The candidate must also be customer service oriented and demonstrate initiative and a sense of ownership with projects & problem-solving situations.

Individual should be fluent in powershell and have a solid understanding of messaging concepts. Experience with Exchange 2010 & OCS/Lync is a must. Required: Bachelor's, Computer Science or equivalent experience
