Job Description, Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide industry insight and expert advise related to "Enterprise Business" in areas, such as Procurement Benchmark Price, Competitive Business Model, Procurement Procedure and Preferred Partner List, to the Middle East Procurement Qualification Management Department (ME PQMD) as well as Middle East Enterprise Business Department (ME EBD).

Enterprise Business" definition is total solutions related to Datacentre, Physical Security System (CCTV, Door Access, Smart Parking and Video Recognition), GSM-Rail and
-
Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) project roll out.

Track and keep the database of the performance of the "Enterprise Business" procurement business models in the Middle East Region and provide improvement plan to the said business models quarterly or half-yearly.

Act as the liaison between ME PQMD and Headquarters as the Owner, Manager and Executioner of procurement policies related to "Enterprise Business".

Provide formal training and coaching to the Assistant Category Manager in the Middle East Region on the procurement concept and methodology for "Enterprise Business".

Lead or assist the ME PQMD and ME EBD to investigate, select and qualify new partner. Negotiate and sign new procurement contracts related to "Enterprise Business" or other telecom projects in the Middle East Region as and when it is required.

Education:

Minimum requirement: Bachelor degree or equivalent acquired from a reputable tertiary education organization (preferably degree in ICT, Telecom or Electrical & Electronic

Engineering).

Professional certification in Datacom (CISCO or Juniper), datacentre (IBM, HP, Sun or Dell), and ERP system (Microsoft, SAP or Oracle) is an advantage.

MBA degree from a reputable education organization or CIPS qualification is an advantage.
Work experience:

Minimum 5-year experience in "Enterprise Business" industry (solution sales, procurement and/or project management).

Experience in procurement business process including RFI, RFQ and Supplier Portfolio Management.

Experience in managing and reviewing the operation & maintenance and/or new roll out of "Enterprise Business" project.

Experience in working with or leading cross functional teams.

Experience with ICT companies like CISCO, Juniper, IBM, HP, Sun or Dell is an advantage.

Experience with power management and smart control system companies like Schneider (Pelco, APC, Invensys), Honeywell or Emerson is an advantage.
