Ensure customer satisfaction with delivery and implementation services. Has overall profit and loss responsibility for the project or sub project.
Leads project team for medium to large and/or more complex accounts. Plans and monitors delivery phase of project. Plans and manages internal and external resources. Is responsible for internal and external project reporting. Acts as a primary project interface to the customer ensuring good customer satisfaction and developing the customer relationship. Shares project experience and best practices, knowledge of project management processes, tasks and tools with other project managers. Identifies and supports new business opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:
â€¢Develops/Contributes to long term Customer Relationship strategy
â€¢Establishes and maintains good customer relationship
Project Management Planning
â€¢Plans Project based on PMI principles and processes
â€¢Leads the customization of global e2e operational processes to project requirements and ensures it is aligned with NSN MoO
â€¢Ensures contract management process is initiated and integrated with Project Management processes, operational processes and NSN Contract Management policies
Monitoring & Controlling Project Execution
â€¢Monitors & controls the project targets
â€¢Project Management processes e.g. time management, cost management, scope management, quality etc., including e.g.
â€¢Ensures sufficient operational visibility to relevant stakeholders through specific tools
â€¢participation to periodic reviews e.g. Review Meetings
â€¢KPIs as specified in Service Level Agreements
â€¢execution of the contract management process
â€¢adherence to applicable official guidelines, handbooks and instructions
Updating the Project Management Plan
â€¢Continuously and proactively adapt Project Management Plans and Delivery Processes to reflect the changing environment
Managing financial and non-financial Performance:
â€¢Driving for continuous efficiency improvement by e.g.
â€¢Project Cost Adherence (PCA) management
â€¢Project Asset Rotation Days (PARD) reduction
â€¢Optimizing Project operational performance (non-financial KPIs, e.g. Project Schedule Adherence)
â€¢Ensuring efficient claim management
â€¢Aim to improve revenue and Gross Margin by e.g. capturing up-selling opportunities by effective Change Management
â€¢Identify and analyze risks and opportunities.
â€¢Plan and implement risk response actions.
â€¢Ensure risks actively monitored and managed and risk management plan updated
â€¢Managing the expectations of project stakeholders
â€¢Effective internal and external communication within the project stakeholders (e.g. customer and project teams)
Leading the Project Team:
â€¢Organize and lead the project teams
â€¢manage performance, competence development
Closure and handovers:
â€¢Ensure contractual requirements completed (e.g. Acceptance Testing done, PAC signed by customer)
â€¢Close the project (e.g. collect lessons learnt, post calculations, document completion)
â€¢Customer handover activities (e.g. documentation)
â€¢Ensure internal handover (if applicable)
