LTE Consultant Need Urgently in Latin America

Tangent is looking for some LTE consultant work in Latin America, the JD as follows:

• 
  More than 8 years experience of network planning or network optimization in WCDMA and recently LTE


• 
  Provide technical creativity in solving problems


• 
  Excellent knowledge of BSS parameters and traffic analysis


• 
  Good management skills


• 
  Expert knowledge of network planning,  optimization and performance management


• 
   Demonstrated ability to implement process and quality control.


• 
  Expert  knowledge of DT analysis and recommend parameters changes


• 
  Good English communication skill in both  written and oral
