Urgently searching for LTE RF Optimization and Design Consultants to work in Mexico. Below you will find the job description of the role

• 
  More than 8 years experience of network planning or network optimization in WCDMA and recently LTE


• 
  Good English and Spanish (mandatory) communication skill in both� written and oral / Its ok if you only speak Spanish


• 
  Provide technical creativity in solving problems


• 
  Excellent knowledge of BSS parameters and traffic analysis


• 
  Good management skills


• 
  Expert knowledge of network planning,� optimization and performance management


• 
  Demonstrated ability to implement process and quality control.


• 
  Expert� knowledge of DT analysis and recommend parameters changes
