With at least 3 years experience in the following :
Before sales technical support and validation.
Deployment, integration and commissioning.
Follow up meeting, on-site technical assistance and Level 2/3 support.
Provide training for customers, subcontractors or service partners.
Prepare technical documentation to support the activities above.
Technical problem management.
Engineer or University degree in Optic, Electricity or Telecommunication (ESO, ESE, ENST, DEA or DESS Opto-électronic, etc.)
At least 3 year of experience within Optical Networks.
Good communication skills
Fluent French and English speaking
Proactive, flexible and open-minded approach.
Good experience in technical trouble shooting
Good knowledge of Optical transmission.
Good knowledge of PDH, SDH, WDM, OTN technology.
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Linux, UNIX, NT / 2000) and major databases (Oracle, Informix, Sybase, SQL Server)
Basic knowledge of CCS7 protocols, TCP / IP router and transfer product.
Good knowledge of maintenance level 2/3.
