OSS Support Engineer (alcatel Exp)

Must hold a valid EU passport or relevant permit to be eligible for this position

Requirements:

  Education degree BSC


• 
  Fluent in English (both oral and written)


• 
  Advanced knowledge (customer support and troubleshooting) of Alcatel-Lucent UTRAN OSS Solution (ALU 9353 WMS)


• 
  Working from Portugal (Lisbon area)


• 
  Available for on-call (out of normal working hours)

  Relevant:


• 
  Advanced knowledge (customer support and troubleshooting) of Alcatel-Lucent 9353 WMS (version 7.1.0.13)


• 
  3 years of experience with Alcatel-Lucent 3G/HSPA WMS customer support activities


• 
  Fluent in Portuguese (both oral and written)
