Ericsson OSS Customer Care Engineer

  • Should have experience of ENIQ, business Object


  • At least 4-5 years of relevant experience.


  • Well versed with Ericson tools and equipments.


  • OSS 2G/3G, Halted cells, Alarms etc


  • Log file analysis with layer 3 knowledge


  • Should have sense of NW topology and strategy (Why call drop, drag, abnormality etc)


  • AHI or DAH (Decrease) concept with justification


  • Good manipulating skills i.e. Access, Excel


  • Minimum parameter exposure, to improve through put, accelerate or delay handover decisions etc
