This position will be responsible for the following: (Excel and Powerpoint usage 100%)
Ensure service providers civil engineering project capability and readiness for new and existing vendors for civil activity. Validation of resources technical training /certifications for TMO project. Assist Sourcing, Business Development and Sales Support with project scope review, development and costing for all civil activities. Support vendor escalations.
Support of monthly/project vendor reviews Be able to travel to markets to provide support as needed (10% occurrence) Backroom project review using Site Handler and SP/PM interaction. Field quality and process related questions posed by project personnel and SPs ( service Providers) Host project kickoff meetings to roll out project processes and specifications Support project presales and SOW development for all civil deployments Support Service Provider (SP) on-boarding due diligence efforts by performing technical evaluations, quality process evaluations and SP selection Contribute to in-market initial project setup efforts Identify and document project deliverable requirements and ensure PM team concurrence Ensure that Service Providers and vendors/suppliers meet all the technical specifications with respect to Client and customer specifications. Provide technical assistance to the Service Providers and any other suppliers that provide services associated with the Civil Works activities. The LDO Site Dev Mgr must support the ASP market crew requirements and the civils needs driven by the build plan. This position is responsible and critical to securing the following resources of Lines & Antennas and Civil crews. ****TMO modernization project has currently over 12,500 sites being worked. This is one of the largest RNAM supplier management challenges to date. Currently we are experiencing a gap when requested to perform confirmation of resources for over 175 civil suppliers which will continue to grow to over 250 suppliers during this project. We are also being tasked with verification of all ASP training. Without the proper crew counts/manpower being managed day to day the project and delivery schedules are in jeopardy. Currently the existing team is overloaded supporting the multiple projects within each CU at this time. LDO ASP management is a tactical support organization and it's LLR percentage is accounted for in the BCR. Qualities needed: change driver, owns deliverables and drive to resolution, self-dependent, flexible work hours and meticulous and detailed oriented.
