Prospect, qualify, build and manage sales pipeline;
Meet revenue/margin objectives for the assigned territory/accounts;
Build account plans and strategies for each target account;
Develop and execute complex vertical market campaigns;
Follow new sales from start to finish in an accurate and timely manner while supporting and displaying Commdex’s corporate goals, values and mission;
Sales support activities such as RFP responses, proposal development and delivery of proposal presentations and materials for existing and new clients;
coordinate with internal resources for sales presentations which may include technical and cross divisional expertise;
participate in on-site client visits,
This position requires continual prospecting activities including, but not limited
Recent experience selling into DHS/CBP & DoD is a MUST!
Minimum five years increasingly responsible and successful experience in sales specifically selling solutions to the Federal government (DoD & Non-DoD) agencies and systems integrators;
o Experience selling equipment solutions a plus
o Experienced selling communications solutions required
Must have the ability to discuss business needs with executive management while leveraging Commdex’s solutions and services;
Must have track record of exceeding sales quotas of $25 million plus;
Must have successfully sold to "C" Level Executives;
Experience selling solutions to large enterprises and to divisions or agencies within large enterprises
Results oriented with the ability to manage all aspects of new account selling: cold calling, prospecting, third-party relationship management and closing
Excellent communications skills and focus on developing and supporting customer relations
Moderate travel is required. Must be comfortable and productive working in a home-office environment
Robust rol-a-dex of government and Systems Integrators
ainstream experience selling to the Federal Government and Federal Vendors.
