Identify and work with relevant project stakeholders to define scope of required deliverables and identify total costs, issues, risks, opportunities and dependencies.
Create and manage project budgets.
Establish and maintain clear and effective progress monitoring, reporting and control mechanisms and reports on the project status internally and externally, using EVM technique.
Identify, manage and escalate issues and risks that cause the project to deviate from agreed tolerances.
Manage the preparation and maintenance of project documentation.
Develop the effectiveness of the Project Management Office using PMI standards.
Effectively apply change control management to avoid scope and cost creep, but also to increase service revenue.
Lead and facilitate frequent progress review meetings between relevant customer and corporate groups.
Organize appropriate project personnel, obtains and manages commitment within line organisations/subprojects.
Actively motivate, coach and support project personnel and provide opportunities for development within the project with appropriate liaison with line managers.
Communicate regularly with colleagues in the Projects group and work with them to create a supportive team environment.
Lead reviews of lessons learned to foster a culture for continual improvement.
Project Management accreditation
Big size projects experience including construction and permission.
Bidding and deployment for different type of project, FTTX/HFC/4.5G/data center project.
Has managed, at least 5 projects in all project phases, having full responsibility for Scope, Cost and Time following a structured Project Management methodology.
Proven leadership skills, having managed teams in excess of 10 and having successfully dealt with motivation and difficult situations.
Desirable good knowledge of all or some of the following: Fixed, IP/Access, core, wireless, enterprise, Software .
Experience : +/- 8 years in the roll out with a successful experiment large network transformation projects
English is mandatory, French or Dutch strong written and verbal communication skills.
Business Awareness (i.e. Knowledge of customers and competitors in the telecom and datacom industry. Understanding of the value chain and how to create customer value)
