NSN_Flexi BTS/Transmission Engineer

We are seeking for Flexi BTS and Transmission Engineer to work with Ericsson in dubai, you will require the following competencies:To provide 2nd level and 3rd Level support and specialist advice for the operation, maintenance, monitoring and commissioning of transmission equipment and fibres /cables.

To provide specialized support on flexi BTS, Fexi Packet(A2200/A1200),SARAL and SDH products

High level technical support to Field Operation and Management Team

Analyze Log details of network faults (TT), recovery attempts and solutions in a trouble ticketing system.

Provide Plans and configuration flexi BTS, Fexi Packet (A2200/A1200), SARAL

Commissioning of FP transmission, SARAL transmission, A2200/A2100 commissioning and QOS creation.

Invoke and automate pro-active transmission network monitoring tools.

To develop and liaise with Ericsson Solution team for upgrade of existing and new equipment, processes and procedures.

Plan and supervise Implement changes to the transmission network infrastructure to ensure availability is not affected.

Review design architecture, highlight weaknesses and recommend improvements.

Mentor and develop other staff on specific transmission systems

Continually acquire new skills in new digital transmission technologies.
