Senior RNPI Engineer

We are currently looking for Senior RNPI Engineer with the minimum experience 5 years with the below job description.

COMPETENCE:

Minimum 5 years of documented experience of work in mobile networks preferably WCDMA Radio network optimization/design.

¡¤ Experience in the areas of telecommunications and digital switching systems (e.g. AXE).

¡¤ Business oriented and good interpersonal skills, preferably with experience from the consulting world.

¡¤ CDMA/GSM RF Design/ optimization knowledge is an advantage.

¡¤ Proven track record of leading team of engineers in activities involving Optimization and Radio Network Design, co-ordination of daily activities, tracking of project status and cluster acceptance.

¡¤ Generation of daily reports for the Technical Manager.

¡¤ Ability to deal with customer on various levels including Regional Manager.

¡¤ Co-coordinating optimization status and results with a Centralized Optimization team.

¡¤ Needs to have the technical ability to present the optimization/KPI results to the customer Regional Manager in order to receive cluster/project acceptance.

¡¤ Experience on UMTS Optimization tools: e.g. TEMS, XCAL/XCAP, Agilent; Actix

¡¤ Expertise Area (or similar): WCDMA (UTRAN) and Radio Optimization, Product Version: RNC and Nodes B P7, Product/Node: RNC P7 and Nodes B P7, Type of Service: Pre-study, SWDP, MO scripts, Configuration and Integration all subsystems (IuCS, IuPs, Mur, Iub), Other Dependencies: Customer Subsystems (OSS, SGSN, GGSN, SMS, VMS, MSS, MGw,etc.)

ROLE:

¡¤ Professionally support Marketing and Sales activities for the RNPI services.

¡¤ Lead the team to deliver RNPI service to meet departmental goals.

¡¤ Act as a mentor for the younger engineers in the RNPI area (as required).

¡¤ Coordination of field teams working with data acquisition, troubleshooting or implementing recommendations.

¡¤ Understanding of impact and coordination of improvement activities with network design team.

¡¤ Prepare radio N&TC report, including bench marking of key performance indicator before and after the NPI, suggestion for further improvement.

¡¤ Issuing, discussing and/or implementation of recommendations for network improvement.

¡¤ Do presentations and participate in technical discussions with customer.

¡¤ Other role as requested by the technical manager
