2 GSM RF Optimization Consultants and 2 UMTS RF Optimization Consultants

Currently we are looking for4 consultantswith the following skills. (2 GSM and 2 UMTSexperience)-Telecommunications engineer, strong background in RF theory and wireless networks

-3 to 5 years of experience in Network Optimization for 2G or 3G networks, network analysis, troubleshooting, KPI improvement, network acceptance.

-Experience with antenna system, down tilt & azimuth correction and adjustment of RF parameters.

- Experience in 2G-3G capacity and traffic analysis is a great plus

-Experience in DT software tools and Drive test activities

-Experience in operating post-processing tools.

-Knowledge on planning tools for coverage prediction

-Experience in Huawei equipment will be a great plus

-Skillful to operate office software, such as MS office, google features, FTP clients, etc.

-High responsibility on team work and report generation.

-Fluent in English. (No problem in communication as a must)
