B2B Marketing Specialists Needed for Middle East

Tangent International is seeking senior Marketing Specialists in B2B Marketing for a very lucrative permanent position based in Kuwait.

Role Purpose

Manage the marketing activities within an assigned B2B segment (Large Enterprises, SME & SOHO, or New Services) and ensure they are executed within the constraints of scope, resources, deliverables, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements, quality service and ultimately maximise value and revenue and exceed customer satisfaction.

Key accountabilities

· Provide the documentation of all B2B products and services along with the current stage in the product life cycle.

· Prepare the documentation of the stages of a product’s lifecycle and the movement of products from stage to stage and recommend changes if needed.

· Provide input to the existing B2B product and services Roadmap, and advice on changes or replacements if needed to keep in line with the plan.

· Collaborate closely with Advertising, Product Development, Sales and Technology to evaluate, plan, coordinate and deliver new B2B services.

· Conduct presentations on products and services documentation to all departments involved in the commercial function.

Needed

· Marketing specialist experience

· Strong knowledge of Telecom Industry, Products and Services.

· Strong coaching and team building experience.

· Strong knowledge of local market conditions and potential target B2B market,

· Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.

· Fluent verbal/written communication in English. Arabic an advantage.

· Good Presentation skills.

· Strong analytical skills.

· Demonstrated acumen in understanding the industry and its trends.

Education

· Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, MIS, or engineering or a related discipline from a recognised institution.

· Project Management certification is an advantage.

Salary + benefits

Base Salary: KD 877/Month Max including Accommodation Allowance: KD 390/Month Max &Transport Allowance: KD 55/Month
