System Administrator Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administration and Supervision of our monitoring solutions on customer site
• Supervision of equipment and monitoring solution process flows
• Solution configuration and administration
• Manage software updates
• Main interface between customer and our company (customer care, sales, marketing, …)
• Management of weekly and monthly reports:

o Synthesis of the monitoring solution availability rate

o TT Reporting

o HW and SW performances and resources utilisation

o …

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS/MS Degree level in Computer Science or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years experience in network support administration (IT and/or Telecommunication)
• Good written & verbal communication
• Able to work with autonomy, with good reporting to higher level and management
• Problem solving abilities

Position Type: Full Time

Location: Delhi

Duration of the contract: 12 months
