Profile: Senior BSS Technical Support Engineer

Min Qualification: BE Electrical Engineering

Min Experience: 3 years

Location: Lahore/Faisalabad

Skills Required:

1. Must have a thorough knowledge and working experience of BSS/OMC Products like SUN based OMCR’s/BSC/MFS/TC & BTS

2. Must be able to commission & upgrade SUN based OMCR platform

3. Should a through understanding of IP

4.Must be able to commission BSC/TC/MFS & BTS

5. Should have good troubleshooting skills to troubleshoot complex BSS issues on BSC/MFS/TC & BTS platforms

6. Should be able to capture and analyze different kind of traces using K15 analyzer

7.Should have good communication skills for communication with customer and BO support teams

8.Should be able to work in a 7 x 24 hours maintenance support environment with capability of working long hours
