Educational background: The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:2G knowledge (BTS&DBS); 3G knowledge(BTS&DBS) Work experience: The person will have 3 - 5 years of swap project experience in a supervisory role (Site Superintendent); The person will have AutoCAD experience; Knowledge and skills required: The Site Supervisor should have basic understanding on general software knowledge and equipped with excellent IT and MS software skills; The Site Supervisor should have a good background of mobile networks especially 2G/3G networks. Civil background in additions to this will be an added bonus. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in 2G/3G installation; The Site Supervisor should be able to perform under pressure and should have good time management skills. He should be well spoken and be able to interact with contractors as well as management; The site supervisor should have good health and be able to pass a medical test to do Height and Safety training. The Site Engineer should not have a fear of heights; The Site Supervisor should be able to use Site Master (for sweep test), test Phone and E1 Tester (is a plus); The Site Supervisor should have good verbal interpersonal communication skills coupled with strong technical aptitude with the ability to tackle a task logically, and perseverance to see through all obstacles; The Site Supervisor should possess and demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills; The Site Supervisor should have good troubleshooting skills; Relations: Internal: All functions in the Project, All Role players in the Project; External: Customers, Service & Resource Provider, Sub-contractors; Authorities: Use of Huawei Tools for Implementation e.g. SharePoint, iSite etc. Collect and use the information that is necessary for carrying out the tasks commissioned. Represents Huawei in all business activities within the Scope of Responsibilities of an Site Supervisor Health & Safety Ensure that all HSE regulations are done according to specific project. Other Competencies/Attributes:: Must be a committed and self motivated individual and able to interact at all levels. Must be able to multitask skills Must be able to perform other duties as required. Must have excellent interpersonal, oral and writing skills Perform any other reasonable duties as required. Working Environment / Conditions: Work environment: field-based Travel: 50% Domestic/international travel is required. On call: 50% |
