Basic investigate and troubleshooting on-site Submit operation report to customer Able to on-site basic investigate customer complain or any fault on one by one and troubleshooting/resolved on per customer basis by cooperate with FLM/SLM also keep follow Huawei SLA and work flow. Provide OJT training base on customer requirement. Able to replace RRU & RET & Cable & Antenna. Engineers who have experience relate with Huawei wireless (2G or 3G), communication concept, software/hardware commissioning and replacement skill. Able to clear any fault on Wireless, Datacom and Transmission equipment on site include the car and basic tools. Preventive Maintenance for VIP sites and BSC/RNCs Field Operation Maintenance responsibility for Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance at site belong to region as assigned.
