·         Team leader – an experienced PM



o    8 years’ experience of delivering optimisation and audit projects



o    3G experience (an engineering PM and not a rollout PM – doesn’t need civil works, electrical and mechanical etc.)



o   Degree in comms/electrical



o   Engineering service delivery background (planning and optimisation)
